BESECURE COVID-19 Readiness

BESECURE is closely monitoring developments related to the global Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) that has been declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization, to ensure the safety and productivity of our employees and continuity of our operations across all our offices.

We have a wide range of prevention and contingency plans for each of your offices and organizational functions in place, aligned with government guidelines and directives from the World Health Organization.

In that aspect we have taken the following concrete actions to meet our commitments to clients and partners and to provide best in class and uninterrupted services:

  • We have a series of health precaution protocols and continuously provide clear and timely communications to our employees as the situation unfolds to ensure their safety.

  • We operate a robust and secure configuration to support teleworking. This allows employees full access to network resources, applications, and support, including communication tools to provide seamless transition from the office to a telework environment.

  • For a limited period of time in line with government and health expert guidelines we have restricted unnecessary business travels as well the access of visitors and third parties from COVID-19 affected areas, to our offices in United States, Belgium, Romania, Greece and Cyprus

  • We prioritize client and partner meetings to take place through web conferencing and videoconferencing applications.

  • Where onsite dispatching of engineers is required, we firstly analyze the possibility of remote support through jointly agreed means of connectivity.

  • Where onsite audits/assessments need to be performed, assessors may choose alternative methods by means of teleconference facilities, including audio, video and data sharing ensuring that security and confidentiality is maintained throughout audit/assessment activities.

  • Our critical infrastructure and BesecureCloud are fully functional, backed by multiple redundancies and critical workforce is split in different locations, ensuring the continuity of operations at all times.

  • We continuously evaluate possible supplier shortlists to take additional steps as needed to meet the needs of our customers.

  • We have implemented additional cleaning protocols based on WHO recommendations.

  • To date, no BESECURE employees have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

Please be assured that given the capabilities that we utilize daily to support normal operations, we are confident that we can protect the health and well-being of our employees ensuring no reduction in our availability and the quality of our services regardless of how the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds.
